With nearly 35 years of professional experience, Ms. Beck-Ashley has cultivated her expertise in quality control requirements and standards. She utilizes her skills in her role of quality assurance manager for Consolidated Precision Products Inc., an investment casting foundry that provides air melt and vacuum melt super-alloy structural castings for the aerospace, engine and airframe, and military industries. Ms. Beck-Ashley is responsible for ensuring that aerospace quality systems and third-party certifications are maintained for the facility. She also superves quality personnel who handle final acceptances of hardware before shipping. Ms. Beck-Ashley has served in this capacity for the past decade.

In recognition of her work, Ms. Beck-Ashley was recently distinguished as a VIP member of Cambridge Who's Who. This special distinction recognizes individuals who have shown commitment to achieving personal and professional success. Ms. Beck-Ashley attributes her success to her father, who taught her to think outside of the box.

A certified quality auditor, Ms. Beck-Ashley holds an associate degree and is pursuing a bachelor's degree. She also holds a DSQR designation.
