OKLAHOMA CITY, OK, July 13, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- SMSGT Lisa S. Sears, Senior Master Sergeant of the United States Air Force, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in defense services.

With 22 years of professional experience, Ms. Sears specializes in human resource management. As a senior master sergeant of the United States Air Force, she ensures her squadron is taken care of from morale to discipline and takes on a human resources role to help deal with issues and finances. She has found growth opportunities within the organization and attributes her success to her personal drive and ambition.

Ms. Sears received her Master of Business Administration in Human Relations from the University of Phoenix in 2007. She is a legislative trustee of the Air Force Sergeants Association and was recently selected for promotion to the position of E-8. In addition, she was awarded the First Sergeant of the Year designation by the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center in 2007. In the future, she intends to become a part of the civilian world in the field of human resources.
