Captain Joseph D. Foster, Sr. to Be Profiled in Exclusive Registry
Captain Joseph D. Foster, Sr. celebrates over 11 years of success in his career
MINOT AFB, ND, June 23, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Captain Joseph D. Foster, Sr. of the United States Air Force, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in the military and defense of the United States.
With over 11 years of professional experience, his expertise in both electronic warfare and nuclear weapon plans/operations, Captain Foster attributes his success to the support he receives from his wife, Melissa and their two boys, Joey and Blake. As Wing Scheduling Flight Commander, he is one of two officers in charge of long range flight and ground scheduling, supervising airmen and other scheduling officers and ensuring all plans are up-to-date. He is also a lifetime member of the Air Force Association and an 11-year member of the Knights of Columbus.
Captain Foster received the Air Medal, was two-time recipient of the Air Force Commendation Medal and the Air Force Achievement Medal and was also recipient of the 2005 General Ira C. Eaker Outstanding Airmanship Award from the Eighth Air Force Historical Society. In 2002, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics, along with currently possessing 20 credits toward his Master of Aeronautical Science, from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. In addition, Captain Foster received two Nuclear Weapons Certifications from the Defense Nuclear Weapons School in 2009.
