El Ray John Franklin honored for all aspects of management

Mr. Franklin has 12 years of experience in managing day-to-day operations, collecting rents, maintaining properties and monitoring staff. He became involved in his profession after he retired from Rockwell Aircraft with over 40 years of service. Mr. Franklin attributes his success to ensuring that the job is always done right the first time.
