Dr. Ioachim has over 15 years of overall professional expertise. As general manager, she is responsible for overseeing the weekly schedule and strategy execution, optimization and forecasting, managing reservations and customer service issues, conducting airline performance evaluation and generating reports. Prior to joining Delta Air Lines, Inc., she worked at Laval University in Canada as assistant professor, Faculty of Management Sciences. Dr. Ioachim received her Ph.D. in Mathematics and Industrial Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal in Canada. She is a member of the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences.
