Mekon MBO- Aeronautical Information Systems Division sold to management team to fund XML Publishing growth.
Mekon Ltd today announces that's its Aeronautical Information Systems division (Mekon AIS) has been purchased by the existing management team. Mekon has divested itself of this division in order to better focus its efforts on meeting demand for its XML content management and XML publishing systems.

The new company will continue to grow their own product range, including FrameAPS, apsXML and the AIXM Data Management System, and will still retain its PDToolKit reseller status and continue to service its many clients.
